What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 20 metric tons for bulk orders. For bagged products (15kg bags), the minimum is one container (approximately 24 tons). We can discuss flexible arrangements for trial orders.
What certifications do your products have?
All our products are ENplus A1 certified for premium quality. We also hold FSC Chain of Custody certification, SBP certification for sustainability, and ISO 9001:2015 for quality management.
What shipping terms do you offer?
We typically offer FOB Hai Phong as our standard shipping term. CIF and CFR options are available upon request. We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure timely delivery to ports worldwide.
Can I visit your production facility?
Yes! We welcome potential partners and buyers to visit our facilities in Son La. Please contact us at least 2 weeks in advance to schedule a visit. We can also arrange transportation from Hanoi.
What are your standard payment terms?
We generally require an irrevocable L/C at sight or T/T with a 30% deposit and 70% against shipping documents. We are open to discussing terms for long-term contract partners.
Do you offer private labeling / OEM services?
Yes, we can package our products in your branded bags (15kg/20kg). Our design team can also assist with packaging design to ensure it meets your market’s requirements.
What is your production capacity and lead time?
Our current capacity is 150,000 tons per year. Typical lead time for a standard order is 7-10 days from deposit or L/C confirmation, depending on the volume and shipping schedule.
